Cloud CMS Strategy

Fashion Outlets of Chicago is a large retail mall featuring a one-of-a-kind array of Digital Out of Home LED displays.

 

My team worked with advertising brokers, IT teams, numerous property management stakeholders to develop a web-based content management software UX strategy that would  dramatically improve the efficiency of operations for the display array, streamlining promotional content sales, media submissions, approvals, and scheduling.
